"Water never sits still. It has a rhythm that can change based on the movement of air alone. Water in some ways is like a mirror that is fluid. It reflects - but unlike a mirror, it distorts. And there are countless variations of how it can distort. So, as an artist, you have to be almost like a human camera taking millisecond shots of water in your mind and render it on canvas."
